INVENTIONS THAT MADE KIDS LIFE BRIGHTER
1.COTTON CANDY
What you’re eating, when you chow down on a giant poof of cotton candy, the sugar version of glass.
Inventor:Dr. William Morrison
If your dentist has ever told you that sugar is bad for your teeth, then today’s Wonder of the Day might surprise you. Have you ever Wondered who invented cotton candy?
After all, even a serving of cotton candy the size of your head contains less sugar than a can of Coke, and unlike, say, corn dogs, it contains no cholesterol, no sodium, and no fat.
2.LOLLIPOP
In 1908, George Smith claimed to be the first to invent the modern style lollipop. He used the idea of putting lollipops on a stick to make them easier to eat! He actually named the treats after his favorite racing horse, Lolly Pop! The treats where extremely popular until the depression hit.

3. POPSICLE
The next time you pop a Popsicle in your mouth, think about this: You're enjoying the fruits of an 11-year-old entrepreneur's labor.
INVENTOR: Epperson
Epperson made a fruit-flavored soda drink out of powder and water, a popular concoction back then. However, one evening, he never finished making the soda and left it outside overnight – with the stirring stick still in the cup. It was a cold night, and he discovered in the morning that the drink had frozen around the stick. He popped it out of the cup and licked it.
